My 2005 digital tachometer has power but does not read the rpm's and the trim gauge shows all the way trimed. Hour meter shows zero. Any ideas where to begin troubleshooting.
Check wire connections. Should read AC voltage on green wire when engine is running. Check trim sender lever moves up and down by hand and if has trim cam on tilt broke it's not broken.
