I have a 1989 yamaha 200. The top carb was locked up and I can't even budge the piece on the carb that connects to the throttle linkage. This appears to have a rod that goes all the way through the carb and controls the butterflies in the back of the carb when looking at it from the front.
Any ideas and would anyone know what the make and model of the carb on that engine would be if I wanted to order a new one and keep that one as a back up?
