1995 yamaha 90 hp tlrt

looking for torque specs for head gasket water jacket cover and thermostat cover

Head bolt torque is 11 ft lbs first torque, 22 ft lbs second torque.
Cover and thermostat is 2.2 ft lbs first torque and 5.8 ft lbs second torque.

I have just replaced thermostat and gasket, I need torque specs for the cover.
