Model and year of C40

Hi, I've got a C40 that I think is a C40PLRT, but the data plate is damaged and I can't be sure that it is an L. The serial number is 6E9 L 335999 Y. I think it is a 1995, is there a way to verify the model and year by the serial number.

It is a 1995 model.
