1994 Yamaha 150 hp Salt Water series tilt/trim

What kind of oil do I use in the tilt/trim cylinder. I can see where it has leaked over the years and now it gives a gurgling sound but finally goes up when out of the water, but then just hisses when trying to go down. After sitting awhile, it will go down fine.

Again, what oil do I use to fill the cylinder up?
