Tiller to Remote Conversion (8hp)

I bought a left over 2004 8hp with electric start and power tilt this winter. I wanted remote but the dealer talked me out of it. I want to convert it over but my dealer said it could not be done. Just looking at the motor it doesn't look like it would be that hard. I could trade it but I only have 5 min. on it. Thanks Denny
