Unreadable Digital Gauges

I have a set of Yamaha gauges for a my VMAX 150. Went out the other day and noticed that I could no longer see the info on the gauges. The backlighting still works but the LCD panels (display) seems to be burned-out and difficult to read. Can anyone tell me if I need to replace these 2 gauges completely or if it might be possible to have them repaired? If they need be replaced, what kind of gauges can I by to replace these that will give me the same info... tach, speed, gas, tilt, etc...?

I don't know of any place that repairs them, would need to replace them.
For 1994-2004 motors use 6Y5-8350T-82-00 Multifunction tach and 6Y5-83570-S5-00 multifunction speedometer.
