cleaning marine vinyl

i store my boat in a boatel. the boat stored above me is leaking a petroleum substance which has put rust like spots on the white vinyl seats on my boat. i have tried various vinyl cleaners including benchley's bleach white but nothing seems to work, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what would remove rust stains from seats. Might check with upholstery shop to see if they have any suggestions and maybe make storage covers for seats or boat to protect them.

cleaning Vinal seats

HI, I have great success by using a convirtable top cleaner, available at your local auto parts store, along with a Mr. clean majic eracer.cleaning my seats. What I cannot get off my Vinal seats is ball point ink. any suggestions anyone?
