Yamaha F30MLHZ Manual To Electric Start

I am trying to convert my 2001 Yamaha four stroke outboard to electric start.
I am trying to understand the parts required and also what exactly I have to order in terms or a fly wheel, it appears my current fly wheel has no "teeth" for the starter to engage.

questions are,
1. What parts are required
2. What is required for the flywheel

I should add that I have already added a rectifier to the motor so I caould charge my battery for the electronics.
