150 not ideling

We have a carbed 150 500 hrs
cleaned carbs there very clean
still will not idel worth a darn
changed water pump and there was oil running down the drive shaft
looked up intermediate and can see oil at the base near seal have i lost my crankcase pressure causing a hard idel
