Motorwell thru hull fittings

Currently have the stock 3-piece brass buttress fittings. Outer flanges are loose and I just caulked them in. Not a real fix. Looking for a better replacement with less parts and less chance of water infiltration into transom. What have you guys used for replacements?

Most boats have the brass tubes that you cut to length and flare with flaring tool.
