1995 150 Idle problem

Have twin 150's on a GW268. Just had carbs rebuilt. New plugs. Put in water today. Port engine perfect. Starboard idles at 400-500 & sounds lousy. Both motors were fine at top rev of 4900. Marina mechanic thinks may be reeds. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Check to see if fuel pump diaphrams are ruptured. Resync carb linkage and look for any air leaks on intake.

bump the choke and see if it sounds better. if so you need to determine which carb and then clean that one
