2002 F225 Won't Idle with pumping bulb

I have a 2002 F225 Yamaha about 310hrs engine runs great but when idling it will only run for about 5 or 10 minutes unless you pump bulb. I have changes filter on motor and 10 mircon water seperator racor on boat still does the same thing. What's this that I hear about a vapor recovery kit??

Could have a small air leak in fuel lines or fuel pump going bad. Check all fuel hoses and connections.
