2000 50hp yamaha wont start

I do not understand why my motor wont start. I have spark to all the cylinders and also put new spark plug wires on. The carburetor has been rebuilt revalves have been checked and not sticking. Have compression of 110. What am i missing?

are the plugs getting wet ?
portable or mounted tank?
what is the fuel level of the motor mounted fuel filter?
have you checked fuel pump?

Yes. Pulled the plugs and they are wet with fuel. Portable Tank. Filter is Lower then the tank. Removed the fuel pump. took it apart and cleaned it. How do i know if it is pumping? I believe it is pumping because the spark plugs have fuel on them.
