2002 F40TLRB Carb Sync Problem

Hi all,

Does anyone know why I cannot get any suction through the top carb vacuum tap?

Is it possible this is blocked? or is it just a "dummy" and are supposed to pull from the tap closer to the engine as this cylinder has 2 places that the vacuum can come from.


any ideas?

Could be no compression, or a air leak on intake.
