2 parts on Schematic

I need help finding 2 parts (and their numbers) on the schematics on boats.net. 1985 Yamaha 200.

1. There is a small diameter hose that connects the lower block to the 'whizzer' port on the lower cowl that indicates the water pump is providing water pressure.

2. There are several spark plug wire "hangers" that hold the wire in place where it crosses a head. They bolt in to a "head bolt".
