alarms won't turn off

have twin 250 1990,it was hit by lightening i replaced all senders ,computors and guages. alrms for both engines sound continuosly and rpm can't go over 2000rpm.the only item i don't know what it does is a control unit assy 61b-85830-00-00 attached to ign and alarms can it be tested or disconnected. also is there a way to disconnect alarms and work backwards

Do you know which alarm(s) are being triggered?

Overheat alarms are triggered when grounded. Check to be sure the lightening strike didn't melt any of the wires or expose any wire that could be accidentally touching a metal ground on the boat motor. You might also check to be sure it's not the low oil alarm.
