F115 Twins - Buzzer Issue

I have twin F115's Yamahas on my boat and when I turn the key to the on position for the starboard motor I get a buzze. Once started and the key is released there is no buzzer. When I turn the port motor key to the on position I get no buzzer and once started there are no buzzers. The engines seem to run fine and cool.

Any idea why I am getting a buzzer on one engine and not the other just when the key is in the on position but not running?

Also, any recommendations for a good Yamaha Mechanic in Tampa that can do warranty repairs on the Yamaha?

The control module in key switch panel may be bad might try swapping engine harness on key switches to see if reverses to other engine.
