T50 to T60 what is the diff (other than horse power)

I have a 2007 T50 that i took of a boat with a bad transom. I have put it onto a new hevier boat. The prop is a 13.5x15 k series top speed is 30mph GPS at 5200 WOT. VERY SLOW to plane. in doing some research into props i also found out that the T50 and T60 are basically the same motor bore and stroke. My question is does anyone know if i can turn my T50 into a 60 is it injectors? ECU? Compression? the canadian yamaha states the compression ratio is diff between the two and the US site says there the same. Please help me, the extra 10hp be so great along with a proper prop. Thx.
