2000 40hp tlry initial throttle motor dies

Motor will not accelerate very well at all unless I use the emergency choke system. Then it will not run well at top end using this system. In the normal mode it will not take the gas as it just seems to die out when accelerating. If it ever gets going in normal mode then it runs great it's just the hesitation at initial throttle.

Thats a sign of dirty carbs, need to remove and clean carbs.
