Rebuild Carburetors (64H L 1005431)

I new to rebuild carburetors in my 2003 40Hp 2 stroke Yamaha.
What parts do I need? Is it just the Carburetor Kit?
How do I tell which one I need? Looks like more than one Model of kits?

Is there any special tools needed to do the Job?
About how long will this take considering this is my first time.

Or should this job be left to a Professional repair shop?

The carb kit is number 19 in this diagram Yamaha Outboard Parts 2004 40TLRC REPAIR KIT 1 Diagram
To do a through cleaning they need to soaked in carb cleaner followed up with compressed air.
