90 HP HTLN water pickup tube?

I have a 1984 90HP HTLN and I’m need to change the water pickup tube, I think I poked a hole in it trying to get it unstopped from a disintegrated impeller.

How to I get the old one out?

Remove the apapter plate from underneath powerhead to get to water tube.
