how to adjust dual remotes to be even

After having replaced throttle linkage on starboard F225, the dual remote handles no longer line up when engines are run at same rpm. There is almost a 1inch difference in position between the two handles once you reach that point where the engines move from idle speed to higher rpms. How can this be adjusted? I did see in the manual the "stopper screws" can be adjusted but was not sure if such adjustment referred to the position of the remote handle.

The adjustments are made at where remote control cable connects to throttle linkage on engine, adjust cable end so throttle on engines are positioned the same at idle position.
