93 waverunner 500r

I just bought a 93 wr and it needs a lil carb tuning. I was wondering how to get the best performance w/ the carb. It will run in the water but when u open it up full throttle, it boggs down and tries to die on me. I talked to a couple different ppl and they told me that it was the carb but nobody can tell me how to tune it. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

The carb probably needs to be removed and rebuilt.
