Yamaha 15hp 2 stroke Charge System

I have a 15hp 2 stroke, model 15MSHA, 2002. Does it have a 12 volt charge output that will provide enough output for lighting?
I notice some extra wiring that is not connected, could this be what I am looking for?

You can install a rectifier, part number 6G1-81970-00-00 to charge a battery.
