Tiller Arm to Tiller Handle Question

Hello All:
New here...I just purchased a 20' Sled w/ a 2000 150 VMAX 66 Jet.
The problem is a very loose tiller handle.
In between the tiller arm that comes from the motor and the tiller handle there is a alum. block thats bolted to the tiller arm and then the tiller handle is bolted to the alum. block...The block is broke on one side and needs replaced but I'm unable to locate a part number for replacement, any help here would be welcomed...

The only one I could find is for a 115 but should be same, here is diagram

I went ahead and took mine apart, On mine the through bolts are the same as the 115 but the way mine bolts on the the tiller arm is up through it then threaded in to the bottom of the adapter...I went ahead and made one out of some bar stock and it seems to work well, things are very tight with no slop now...Thanks for your response.
