I am new to the forum and need some knowlegdeable help.
The motor starts fine, idles fine, after warm up, put in gear and slowly move away from dock. Start increasing throttle, no response, continue to increase throttle up to or near halfway position, suddenly motor rpms jump upward and boat surges to plane. motor runs like a top from 2800 rpms up.
I plan on installing new fuel lines, try it.........then next isolate the inboard tank with portable tank to verify same problem.
new water/fuel separator filter, fresh gas.
