Tilt & Trim

Had to manually elvate my motor due to power failure mid run and now need to check and resolve PT&T fluid...found the resevoir on the starboard side of motor under unit and fluid bubbled out when I lossened the cap, does it need more; dos it fill from the resevoir...which is horizontally oriented? Still working on power issues--

With motor trimmed up all the way up, fill reservoir full.
