2001 Yamaha 115 4stroke losing power

First trip of the year. We live in an area with reformulated gas but I put stable in it. Put a bottle of heat in it today before I started it up. Started right up. *****ed out just fine. Got up to speed and then lost power. Didn't stop running or miss. Each time I licked it down it lost power. Went home with my 9.9 Merc and it ran fine so the gas couldn't have been too bad. Any thoughts?

Start with fuel pressure and fuel vacumn test to make sure enough fuel is getting to engine and enough fuel is getting to injectors.
