I have a 1999 Yamaha 100 hp 4 stroke, The rectifer burnt up on it and I replaced it with a new one, I started the motor and it runs just fine, I put a volt meter on the battery, it was 12.8 sitting and 14.2 v running, so everything seems ok, but I touched the rectifer and it feels pretty hot to the touch, Is this normal? How hot do they usually get?
