1994 90tlrs warning buzzer

I have a 1994 90tlrs at start up a warning buzzer comes on constantly I found that the warning buzzer would shut off if I disconnected the harness coming from the oil tank level sensor. Previous owner had pump eliminated so I premix the gas/oil. My question is can I just leave the plug disconnected or does it run other components?

Yes if you are premixing you can leave it disconnected.
