I know everyone says 10% but

how do these numbers sound on 1998 200's with 750 hrs..

120 120 125 120 115 115
and
110 110 115 110 100 110?

the first motor is within 10 percent but second is just outside of that, that being said is it safe to buy this boat or do you want to stay away from these motors?

my math isnt perfect but i think the second motor will be more like, 14 or 15 percent from 115 to 100 right?

ooops yes the 100 slipped me... and if theyre in order then you might think 2x... as it looks like 115 then under it 100.....maybe ask the seller to decarb and redo comp test.

leakdown

compression numbers are important, but leakdown numbers are more important. Make sure to do a leakdown check.
