just bought a 1988 200 hp yamaha when i got it home and started it on the right side of the motor on top of the cyl head there is a looks like a air fitting not sure what it is. thats what it looks like but there is water coming out can someone tell me what this is or if water is supposed to coming out of this liitle fiiting

Someone may have had a water pressure connected to it. Plug it by using number 6 and 7 in this diagram Yamaha Outboard Parts 1988 200ETXG CRANKCASE CYLINDER Diagram
