  • 2005 F75 4 stroke prop won't clear anode.

    • The prop is a Michigan Wheel Apollo.
    • Stainless Steel.
    • 13 3/8 15
    • Has a hub adapter.

I'm not even sure the prop will get me to W.O.T. pushing my little Sea Chaser, but I would like to know if there is an replacement anode that will allow the prop to clear.

All the other props I have used had a 13 1/4 diameter.

I did the search feature and came up with nothing.

Yamaha doesn't offer another trim tab. You can cut the fin off the trim tab and file it down. Is the prop going far enough forward so the lip of prop fits inside gearcase.

It fits inside okay. It's just a big prop, maybe I am not meant to run a ss prop. The 15 pitch Michigan wheel is a big prop, I don't think my F75 will push it. It's a good motor and all, but it seems to me that it doesn't start making real power until 5000-5500 rpm and the low-end torque just isn't there.

Yes the rpm range is 5000-6000 rpm's and yes the max hp will be at top end of range. You don't want to overprop it, you will loose performance.
