2002 40hp F40TLRA Trim/Tilt problem

New to forum - I have a 2002 40hp that appears to have a bad trim/tilt motor. Get a click when trying both switches (motor and throttle). Original tilt motor is rusty and looks like its bad. Engine does move smoothly with the manual valve release/screw. I have been unable to find the correct motor with 4 bolt mount. The yamaha parts trim/tilt schematic shows the motor at the top but no part number. It looks like the assembly of small parts that go inside the housing can be purchased but does not include the motor?? Help? Thanks
