These numbers are stamped on prop (what I can see while prop is on motor):

7740 2
3203 1 3902

On hub:
Y-2 6E5 19K

Can anyone tell me what the diameter and pitch of this blade is exactly?

19K means it's a 19 pitch prop.

Thanks, but I'm not sure which diameter the dealer installed, a 13, or a 13.5

The diameter will be different on each style of prop, aluminum, black stainless, performance series and so on. Just pick which style prop you want and then what pitch you need.
