overheating 2003 50 hp yamaha

where is the location of the thermostat checked impeller and is ok

Thermostat is number 30 in this diagram Yamaha Outboard Parts 2003 50TLRB CYLINDER CRANKCASE Diagram
I would recommend replacing the impeller instead of inspecting it.
