Converting To Premix

Newb here gents,
Have a 1999 150HP two-stroke fuel injected. Want to remove oil pump and premix.. Saw a thread while searching that you need to install a blank-off plate where the oil pump is attached to the motor. Does anyone know where to get said plate? Also, assuming all sensor connections should be tapped off open so no bells and lights go off right?

No, I haven't had any problems with the system but the motor is getting old and I don't want any problems.

Is there an optional Yamaha propeller or aftermarket proven to deliver more performance over the stocker? Boat is 20' Grady White.
