Tilt & Trim Not Lifting

My tilt and trim is not working. I have power to the lower smaller rams but not to the larger center lift ram. The 2 lower rods move in a ****ing motion and there is a fluid leak from arround the rams. My questions are: is there an oil fill, and what type of oil. The larger center piston does not move under power but allows the motor to be raised and lowered maually. This is on a 1989 90 HP motor.

you need to fix leak before it will work. try tightening the 2 covers or else you may have to replace the seals.

the fill should be a large approx 17mm bolt right on the back.
