Repower 93 Yammy 200 to 99 OX66 250. Tach questions

As the title indicates we are repowering from 93 to 99 model yamaha v-6 engines. I'm using the adapter kit to get the 99 engine harness to talk to the 93 remote harness.

I may need to change my tach due to fade out, etc.

Here's the question(s).

1. What are my tach options? Part numbers please.

2. If I buy one of the newer model tachs are there harness adapters to take the 93 harness to the 94+ tach connectors?


I guess I should also add the same questions for the speedometer too.

For the 99 engine use 6Y5-8350T-82-00 digital multifunction tach and 68F-82553-70-00 harness(has 2 square off white colored connectors on each end)
