lower unit not seperating 1994 225 txrs

1994 225txrs Can not get the lower case to break free of intermediate i think its corrosion holding it. its just the nose that wont break, tried wood shims a little heat and half a can of wd-40. any suggestions appreciated. thanks

Did you get bolt under trim tab and one in front of trim tab out?

Yes, its separated in the rear of housing i can pull it apart about 1/4 inch with a shim its just at the front third of housing wont separate. I took out 8 bolts total one broke in half trying to get it out after 3-4 turns.

head anodes

I'm changing head gaskets and cover gaskets too, do i just need to buy the anodes only or do I need new covers and bolts too. thanks. 1994 txrs
