warm up time for '00 OX66

I have an 2000 SX225 that idles @ 1100-1200 for at LEAST five minutes before idle drops down to 600 range. This observation is while running on muffs or in tank.

Seems like a long time to warm up. Is there a temp sensor that affects idle speed control process ?

It's controled by ECU but there is a thermosensor that sends signal to ECU.
