2002 Yamaha F60 tiller throttle sticking?????

I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to why my throttle won't kick down like it should when you back off the throttle to the orignal start posistion? There is a huge delay with the caburator linkage cathing up with the handle therefore keeping the throttle open and the motor winding out. I lubricated all the linkage but it didn't help. I know there was recall on the 2002 200's and 225's but maybe not for the same problem? Help!!!!

Remove link arm on carbs and check throttle on each carb to see if any are sticking.

No longer sticking

I lubricated every spring and moveable part on the Throttle linkaige. I went out on the Wisconsin opener and nothing was sticking. It ran great, glad that's all it was. Thanks Boats.net
