Hello,
I need to assembly a new water pump hausing with new cartridge. It's important to seal the parts with LOCTITE 567 or no?

i have never used locktite on a waterpump and never had an issue but you may want to follow your manual specs.

I use grease and silicone....

I use a thin silicone bead to hold the big O-ring in the groove of the housing, let it dry a bit before assembling. Then just teflon grease on the threads of the bolts to prevent seizing. Use a torque wrench to make sure everything is evenly tightened down.
