Bogging at 3200 RPMs

I have a 2002 200 hp fuel injected motor. It runs and idles perfect until I get up to 3200 RPMs and it bogs. Over the winter layup, I had a FloScan system installed. I am thinking either the VST filter or high pressure pumps, or possibly the FloScan. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot what the cause can be?

Run it on a portable fuel tank to eliminate the fuel system in boat as the problem.
