trim switch purchase

I believe I have a bad tilt and trim switch on my 2001 200 hpdi. I am not sure which one to order. The picture of the controls that corespond with my motor do not match up with what I have on my boat. I have a flush mount control that doesn't look like any of those online. I am almost sure I found the one I need but not positive. I would like to buy the part but don't want to buy the wrong one. Thanks. Mike

In 2001 they had the 705(6X0) flush mount control box which used trim switch number 6X0-82563-00-00.
