have 03 150tx last year alarm would come on after *****ing for awile at low rmp. when increasing rpm alarm would shut off. was told to clean pressure valve. start of the year replaced the thermostates and cleaned pressure valve. still have same problem. does running the motor using the ear muff and garden hose supply the correct amount of water to the motor. and should the faucet be turned on full blast.

Need to replace water pump. No usually you can't get enough water through a water hose on V6 engine.

If you didn't replace water pump housing and water tube grommet then replace them.
