My engine would not start so after troubleshooting I found 2 wires going to a switch at the bottom of the engine case that was the problem. I bypassed the switch so it will start now, however I would like to replace it. Not sure how to remove it or even how it works as there does not seem to be any moving linkage around it. Any ideas? Also, how much would a switch cost?

Found it!
I easily removed it by removing a 1/4 x 20 bolt. There is a cam under it. When the linkage is shifting it will actuate the switch. It is bad as the assembly is very loose so I now need to somehow find one. -
