Hi is anyone know this motor air cool or water cool? I got one but can't find the pilot hole?

It is water cool but it doesn't have a tale-tell. The water just mist out the exhaust holes in back of upper housing.

Thanks for quick reply, is the pilot hole in the middle of the shaft or in the back of the engine below the cowling?
