200 hp Steering bracket

Will a dual steering bracket from a Mercury 200 hp bolt on a 200 hp yamaha? I'am talking about the double push pull steering cables is there enough to drill new holes? And make it work thanks. switching from a mercury 200 to a yamaha 200 any thing else i should no? is the steering ling the same will it work? thanks for all your help Dan
